You're right in the center of downtown, with almost everything within a half-mile walk — the beach, nearly every restaurant, bar and coffee shop, ice cream, shopping, bike and moped rentals, the local theatre, the boardwalk, and the Ocean Shores Convention Center. In summer, beach horseback rides are in that same half mile, and you can drive the sand for miles. Park once and walk to dinner and drinks, then stroll home to your own private lounge. If you're in town for a convention or event, you're right next door.

The Octopus Room (Speak Easy) has 6 beds — so nobody has to share unless they want to. Traveling as couples? Bedroom 2 converts from two Twin XLs to a King (seam joiner, king sheets, and comforter) and has its own 43" TV, while the downstairs Bedroom 3 features a 50" TV. Set up each room the way your group wants it.

TWO KITCHENS ON THIS SIDE
The upstairs kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, dishes and utensils — bring your clothes and your groceries and everything else is here. Downstairs, a kitchenette with dishes and glassware sits right off the lounge, so refills never interrupt the poker game.

This is a complete home on its own — its own full kitchen, vaulted great room, laundry, covered deck and grill, plus the Octopus Room. Need more room? Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation (no cancellation fees or partial refunds possible) for 48 hours after booking if arrival is at least 48 hours away at time of booking.

The Octopus Room (Speak Easy) sleeps 9 across 4 bedrooms including the speakeasy lounge (6 beds). Now booking stays beginning July 23, 2026. Check-in anytime after 4:00 PM.
