Villa B at Sand Dream Village is the Relaxed Luxury villa — one side of Ocean Shores' most extraordinary duplex estate. Book Villa B on its own for groups of up to 10, or rent both villas together as Sand Dream Village for groups up to 21.

Inside, a 75" theater-style TV with surround sound anchors the living space, while the Infinity Game Table loaded with 100+ games and air hockey keeps every age entertained. Outside, your private hot tub overlooks the yard, a wood-burning fire pit with Adirondack chairs sets the evening mood, and a luxury gas grill handles dinner.

Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation (no cancellation fees or partial refunds possible) for 48 hours after booking if arrival is at least 48 hours away at time of booking.

Villa B is priced as a standalone 3BR plus sleeper sofa villa sleeping up to 10. Pet fee applies. For groups of 11-21, rent Villa A alongside and connect as Sand Dream Village — ask us about combined pricing. Weekend and holiday minimums apply.
