ABOUT THIS SPACE

891 Minard Ave is a brand-new 2026 duplex for big groups who don't want to compromise — book the whole thing and get two private, connected homes joined by an adjoining door upstairs, open it to merge the party or close it for full separation.

SIDE A — THE FLAMINGO FUN ROOM (sleeps 11)
Downstairs is a full arcade rec room: skee-ball, air hockey, pop-a-shot, foosball, and two standup cabinets facing a 100" theater TV and a sectional deep enough for the whole crew, plus a kitchenette right off the action. Upstairs, vaulted ceilings and a wall of windows open onto a designer sectional, a cozy fireplace, and a full kitchen with island seating — plus a covered deck for morning coffee. Three bedrooms: a king primary, a flex room where two Twin XLs join into a king, and a third king room hiding its own twin Murphy bed. The Flamingo Fun Room itself sleeps 4 more across two bunk beds.

SIDE B — THE OCTOPUS ROOM (SPEAK EASY) (sleeps 9)
Downstairs is a dark, moody speakeasy built for the adults: a full bar with velvet stools, a 10-person poker table, shuffleboard, a pool table, and an 85" theater TV with swivel leather chairs. Upstairs mirrors Side A's light-filled layout — vaulted ceilings, a designer sectional, a charcoal shiplap fireplace, and a full gourmet kitchen. Three bedrooms follow the same flexible layout as Side A, with the Octopus Room itself offering a queen Murphy bed for extra sleeping.

BATHROOMS
Six full bathrooms total — three per side. Each primary suite has its own en-suite; a shared bath serves the rest of the upstairs, and each downstairs Bedroom 3 is its own little apartment with a private en-suite bath and kitchenette.

EVERYWHERE YOU LOOK
Both sides run mini-split heat/air, full-size washer/dryer, high-speed WiFi, and TVs everywhere (75" great rooms, 43" flex bedrooms, 50" Bedroom 3s). Step outside to a covered deck, grill, and propane fire pit per side. Coming this fall: two private 6-person hot tubs (Sept 2026) and an outdoor pickleball court on the Flamingo side (Fall 2026).

Check-in is anytime after 4:00 PM with contactless self check-in via smart lock; your code arrives before arrival. Starting September 2026, two private 6-person hot tubs are included.

PARKING

Free on-site parking for 12-16 vehicles — 6 to 8 spots per side — right on the property, no hunting for street parking downtown. Parking is uncovered and first-come, first-served. No EV charger on-site yet, but public chargers are available in downtown Ocean Shores.

HOUSE RULES

Check-in after 4:00 PM, checkout before 11:00 AM. Max occupancy is 20 guests. Pets welcome — up to 2 per side ($100/pet) — please keep them off furniture and clean up outdoors. This is a brand-new home, so please treat both sides with care. Exterior cameras cover the parking and yard, not interior spaces. Smoke and CO alarms are installed throughout. Stairs connect upstairs and downstairs, and the future hot tub area won't have a gate or lock, so adult supervision is required. Cancellations follow our Firm policy — review exact refund windows at booking.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation (no cancellation fees or partial refunds possible) for 48 hours after booking if arrival is at least 48 hours away at time of booking.

The full duplex is priced as both sides booked together (sleeps 20, 8BR/6BA, two full kitchens plus two downstairs kitchenettes, two entertainment rooms). Now booking stays beginning July 23, 2026. Check-in anytime after 4:00 PM. Minimum stay requirements may apply for weekends and holidays. Pet-friendly — up to 2 pets per side (4 total for the full duplex), $100 per pet.
