Villa A is the entertainment and spa heart of the retreat: a private theater with a 100" screen and surround sound, a game room with stand-up arcade cabinets, pool/ping-pong table, tabletop shuffleboard/bowling and darts, an indoor/outdoor hot tub, a 6-person sauna and an outdoor shower, plus a covered porch with a propane fire pit and a gourmet kitchen with a 6'x6' island and gas range. Villa B is the calmer side: a 75" theater TV with surround sound, an Infinity Game Table with 100+ games and air hockey, its own private outdoor hot tub and a wood-burning fire pit with Adirondack chairs.

Combined: 7 bedrooms, 12 beds, 6 bathrooms, 2 gourmet kitchens, 2 hot tubs, 2 fire pits, 2 gas grills, a sauna, theater, arcade and game rooms, and a fenced yard with a volleyball/badminton court. Full laundry, high-speed WiFi, heat and air conditioning in both villas. Pets welcome throughout.

Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation (no cancellation fees or partial refunds possible) for 48 hours after booking if arrival is at least 48 hours away at time of booking.

Sand Dream Village is priced as a complete two-villa estate (7BR, 6BA, sleeps 21). Both villas are always rented together — the property is never split. Pet fee applies.
