Villa B is the Relaxed Luxury half of Sand Dream Village, a brand-new duplex estate a short walk from Oyhut Bay Resort and half a mile from the beach. Book Villa B on its own for up to 10 guests, or connect through the private interior upstairs door to Villa A and take over the whole property for 21 — something no other rental in Ocean Shores offers.

Upstairs, the primary suite has a king bed, an ensuite shower, an in-room coffee maker, and a private walkout patio with glass railing and seating. A second upstairs bedroom sleeps two in a queen with its own deck access. Downstairs, two queens share the surf-themed bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living area picks up the overflow. Three full bathrooms, all stocked, mean nobody waits in line before a beach day.

The kitchen is built for a real group meal: electric cooktop, full-size fridge and freezer, dishwasher, and every pot, pan, spice and utensil you'd actually reach for. The dining table seats the whole crew, with an open sightline into the living room.

Downstairs is where the trip happens after dark. The Infinity Game Table swaps between 100+ games, the air hockey table settles every argument, and the lounge's electric fireplace and 75" theater-style TV with surround sound give the group a slower night when they want one. Roll the glass garage door up and the game room spills straight into the yard.

Outside, your private hot tub sits a few steps from a wood-burning fire pit ringed with Adirondack chairs, and a luxury gas grill handles dinner. The backyard is fenced. Upstairs, the covered balcony is the quiet version of the same view.

Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation (no cancellation fees or partial refunds possible) for 48 hours after booking if arrival is at least 48 hours away at time of booking.

Villa B is priced as a standalone 3BR plus sleeper sofa villa sleeping up to 10. Pet fee applies. For groups of 11-21, rent Villa A alongside and connect as Sand Dream Village — ask us about combined pricing. Weekend and holiday minimums apply.
