Villa A at Sand Dream Village is the Entertainment & Spa villa — one side of Ocean Shores' most extraordinary duplex estate. Book Villa A on its own for groups of up to 11, or rent both villas together of the duplex as Sand Dream Village for groups up to 21.

The entertainment and spa level is the heart of the experience. A private theater with a 100" screen and surround sound. A curated arcade and game room. An indoor/outdoor hot tub that opens to the coastal air through a garage-style door. A 6-person indoor sauna. An outdoor shower. This is the villa where the whole group gravitates.

Upstairs, the covered second-story porch wraps around a luxury propane fire pit with premium seating — perfect for evening wine and conversation. The gourmet kitchen anchors the main level with a massive 6'x6' island, gas cooktop, and a large dining table for shared meals.

Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation (no cancellation fees or partial refunds possible) for 48 hours after booking if arrival is at least 48 hours away at time of booking.

Villa A is priced as a standalone 4BR, 3BA villa sleeping up to 11. Pet fee applies. For groups of 12-21, rent Villa B alongside and connect as Sand Dream Village — ask us about combined pricing. Weekend and holiday minimums apply. Contact us for extended stay or group event inquiries.
